Our Story
Built By A Kentucky Attorney, For Kentucky Law
BidLawKY was founded to solve a problem Jeremy W. Bryant witnessed firsthand — the broken, opaque way clients find attorneys and attorneys find clients.

KBA #92983 · Bryant Law PLLC · Corbin, KY
Jeremy W. Bryant is a licensed Kentucky attorney and the founder of Bryant Law PLLC, based in Corbin, Kentucky. He has represented individuals, families, and businesses across the Commonwealth in matters ranging from estate planning and civil litigation to business formation and criminal defense.
After years of watching both clients and attorneys struggle through the same broken process — cold calls, referral wheels, and word-of-mouth guesswork — Jeremy set out to build something more rational. A marketplace where clients describe their matter once, sign a confidentiality waiver, and receive genuine competitive proposals from bar-verified counsel.
BidLawKY is the result. Jeremy remains the moderating attorney for the platform, ensuring every participating attorney holds a valid Kentucky Bar license in good standing.
Clients normally have to chase attorneys. BidLawKY puts the consumer in the driver's seat, not at the whims of attorneys they cold call.

The Origin Story
Why We Built BidLawKY
The legal hiring market in Kentucky — like most of America — runs on referrals and reputation. That works for people who already know the right people. For everyone else, finding qualified counsel means making cold calls, visiting websites with no useful information, and hoping the first attorney who answers the phone is the right fit.
Attorneys face the same problem in reverse. Building a client pipeline means marketing spend, referral networks, and contingency arrangements that cut into the work they actually do. The result is an inefficient market on both sides, with clients overpaying or underserved, and talented attorneys invisible to the clients who need them.
BidLawKY flips the model. Clients post their matter once. Attorneys who have subscribed — and whose credentials are verified — review it and submit competitive proposals. Every exchange is gated by a mutual confidentiality waiver. No cold calls. No referral fees. No commissions. Just a transparent, private bidding floor for legal services in the Commonwealth.
Three Principles We Will Not Compromise
Confidential By Architecture
A signed mutual waiver is required before any attorney reviews a client matter. Privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation.
Neutral By Structure
BidLawKY earns no commission, takes no referral fee, and has no contingency interest. Attorneys pay a flat monthly subscription. That is the only revenue model.
Kentucky-Licensed Only
Every attorney on the platform is verified against the Kentucky Bar Association's active roster before any subscription is activated. No exceptions.
Better legal work starts with a better way to choose counsel.
Post a matter or start your 30-day free trial as counsel. BidLawKY stays in the middle.
